Has anyone here tried the "Lite 'n Easy" program yet?
From the website, it looks like it makes the whole process pretty easy in that it has weekly "menus" to follow so you don't have think too much. I guess that might make it more difficult to stick to the right stuff afterwards though as you haven't really had to keep the calories in check.
Interested in other peoples opinions....
